We will need to know the following information:
- which hall you wish to book
- your address
- when you want to start your booking
- how long you would like the hall for
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and you will receive a link to our booking site.
In order to book you will need to agree to our terms and conditions and pay a booking fee. Booking fees are calculated in the region of 30-35% of the booking deposit and are non-refundable.
We require a £50 security deposit for all bookings, it is refundable and is returned within 7 days of the event.
If the booking is less that 6 weeks away, we will require the full booking fee and security deposit.
When we receive your booking, we will issue a PayPal invoice for the remainder of the fee and a £50 refundable security deposit with a due date one month before your booking, all invoices must be settled at least 21 days before you event.
