Two spacious Halls for hire in the heart of Lympne Village
Rates
Our rates differ depending on the time of day and day of the week your book.
We also offer a discount to residents of Lympne Parish, click here to see the post codes that qualify.
Our rates are split into 5 categories:
- Weekdays: 8am to 6pm (hourly rate)
- Weekday Evenings: 6pm to 11:45pm (hourly rate)
- Weekends : 8am to 6pm (hourly rate)
- Saturday Evening: 6pm to 11:45pm (flat rate)
- Sunday Evening: 6pm to 11:45pm (flat rate)
We will mix and match, for example Monday 4pm to 8pm would be 2 hours at each of the daily and evening rates however we cannot subdivide the flat rate sessions, so if you wish to book part of them, you must book the entire block at the full rate.

In order to book you will need to agree to our terms and conditions and pay a booking deposit or the full booking fee. Booking deposits are calculated in the region of 30-35% of the booking deposit and are non-refundable.
We require a security deposit for all bookings, it is refundable and is returned within 7 days of the event.
When we receive your booking, we will issue an invoice for the remainder of the fee, if you paid a deposit, and the refundable security deposit. The invoice will be due 2-3 weeks prior to your hire date and you will receive 2 reminders and a final reminder after 1,3 and 5 days . We will consider cancelling you booking and retaining the non-refundable booking deposit if we haven’t received the security deposit when we are ready to deliver your keys and hirer’s pack.
