We need to know when and how long you want to book for including a starting time in order to calculate the fee and whether you are a resident, select your post code if so. All other information will be collected when you book.

Once we receive yor booking enquiry we will send you a booking link, the booking link is valid for either hall and for the period you requested on any date, so if someone has booked your preferred time and date you can find another and book without contacting us.

In order to book you will need to agree to our terms and conditions and pay a booking fee. Booking fees are calculated in the region of 30-35% of the booking deposit and are non-refundable.

We require a £50 security deposit for all bookings, it is refundable and is returned within 7 days of the event.

If the booking is less that 6 weeks away, we will require the full booking fee and security deposit ASAP.

When we receive your booking, we will issue an invoice for the remainder of the fee and a £50 refundable security deposit (or just the security deposit if you paid in full). The invoice will be due 3 weeks prior to your hire date and you will receive 2 reminder and a final reminder 5-10 days before. We will consider cancelling you booking and retaining the non-refundable booking deposit if we haven’t received the security deposit when we are ready to deliver your keys and hirer’s pack.
