I am a counsellor and meditation teacher.
In the spring and the autumn months I run a Mindfulness Meditation Course which takes place once a week for 8 weeks.
Meditation is becoming increasingly mainstream as a way of supporting health and wellbeing.
During this course you will learn to use the skills of meditation and mindfulness to reduce stress and anxiety, to help you learn to regulate your nervous system so that you can live with greater ease, resilience and wellbeing.
